You are a bloody miracle!

I was sitting with my partner and the dog the other day and realised that the fact that the 3 of us are here, on planet earth, at the same time, living together, in the same house, right now, IS A BLOODY MIRACLE.

What had to happen to get us to this place absolutely blows my mind!

Think about this...

How are you even here reading this blog right now?

Your eyes are seeing the words on the screen.

Your brain is processing the words and making sense of them for you.

As you're reading you are having emotional reactions in your body, your heart is pumping blood around your body, you're breathing, you're body is keeping you balanced. All without you trying.

Not to mention all the things that led you to be here in the first place. How did you land on this page? What were you searching for? The two humans that created you were together on this planet at the same time that led to you being alive.........

Ok, I'll stop now. Mind blown!

Seriously though, the fact that you even exist is a miracle in itself.

You and your life are WOW, just WOW!

Say this to yourself....

I AM A MIRACLE.

How does that feel in your body?

When you get caught up in your day to day worries, or uncomfortable emotions in your body, I want you to look up, get out of your head and see what's around you with your eyes. Say to yourself....
