Here is the first of 3 episodes from my Soulful Storytelling night on the 8th July 2019 in Cardiff. We had 3 storytellers all sharing what it means to be human. With interesting stories about how creativity has helped the become more themselves, exploring men’s mental health and how we can celebrate the good, the bad and the ugly emotions in life.
This episode is my story of how I started Soulful Sunrise, how the last 7 years of running my business have been the biggest self-development journey I’ve ever been on, and ways we can all feel a little more alive in life.
