Episode 26 - Why is it so hard to rest?

You find it difficult to sit still to meditate
Your days have no ‘gaps’. You hop from one thing to the next. There is no breathing space
You experience anxiety and tension a lot of the time
You keep busy to avoid sitting still with yourself
You find it hard to unwind and switch off at night
