Grief Walk at Bute Park
Grief Walk at Bute Park
For anyone who is feeling griefy and heavy in the heart, join us for a morning of connection and nourishment in nature.
This gathering is a place for you to come as you are, with all your feelings, no need to pretend. Whether it’s a loss of a loved one, an unfulfilled longing or a general sense of melancholy - all is welcome.
We will be taking a stroll around the gorgeous Bute Park along the quieter, more hidden paths. You are welcome to chat as much or as little as you like.
We will connect with nature through our senses as a way to support and nourish us in our grief.
We will hold a grief tending ritual together, where we will have the opportunity to thank, honour and release whatever feels heavy in our hearts.
We will end our gathering in the beautiful Secret Garden cafe for hot drinks, cake and chats together.
Think of this gathering as a comfort blanket to wrap around you. Trees, coffee, cake and kind people are medicine :)
