Effort less.
Dance to LOUD music.
Say how you really feel.
Laugh without guilt.
Big yourself up.Change your mind.
Do nothing.
Protect your energy.
Make mistakes, and then admit you were wrong.
Be frivolous.
Curate your news feed - mute people, unfollow, take time out
Have a cry, even though you're not sure what you're sad about.
Help where you can and accept that you feel helpless.
Stop working.
Ride it out, slow down, there is plenty of time to come

Take your pick. Which one did you need to hear? We shouldn’t need permission from anyone else, but it can be hard to know you're own mind right now with all the noise around us. This is why tuning in to what is best for us is so important, so that we can hear our own voice and give ourselves what we need.
So consider this a big fat permission slip from me to you. If there’s something not on the list you need permission for, feel free to ask me, (as long as it’s legal) and I will happily write you one :)
