Walking back home to yourself
We can often feel like we need to do more, be more, change who we are in some way. But actually the person that we long to be is already here.
They were always here.
Underneath the layers of beliefs, concepts, ideas, conditioning, other people's perception of us, our perception of ourselves, lies our true nature.
Our true selves.
The work is not self-improvement.
The work is self-discovery. To return again and again to who we truly are.
The work is to reconnect to our true nature.
To keep walking the path home to ourselves.
It sounds simple, and in essence it is, but those layers we've accumulated can be sticky, seductive and strangely familiar.
So we need someone to give us a gentle nudge to remind us to keep coming back. To remind us to keep walking home.
I have many brilliant humans who have joined me on my path along the way. Some brought an umbrella when it was raining. Some brought a torch when it was dark, and some basked in the sunshine with me!
The path can be tricky AND it can also have some gorgeous views along the way.
You'll know when you're ready to let someone walk the path with you. You'll be curious to get to know yourself again, exited and scared about what's around the corner! You'll have a longing for more ease in your life. You'll surrender and realise you don't have to do this alone.
This is what I love about the work I do. I get to walk alongside brave people on their path, and watch them become more themselves and become more alive.
If you're ready for this experience - I'm here.
I have spaces available on my 3 and 6 month coaching experience starting this month. You can check out my coaching experiences here and you can book in a 'getting to know each other' call, where we can chat and decide if working together would be a good thing for you.
