2 HOUR MONTHLY SESSION AT EACH NEW MOON TO HELP YOU CREATE THE CONDITIONS FOR REST.
THIS RESTING SESSION IS FOR YOU IF:
You find it difficult to sit still and meditate.
You feel guilty for resting and not being productive.
You have a sense of urgency and often feel on edge.
Your days have no ‘gaps’. You hop from one thing to the next. There is no breathing space.
You feel overwhelmed with communication from your email, messages, social media…..
You swing between being busy, busy, busy and burnt out.
You keep busy to avoid sitting still with yourself.
You find it hard to unwind and switch off at night.
HERE’S WHAT WE’LL BE DOING:
Exploring the states within our nervous system and understanding why we find it hard to rest.
‘Coming down gently’ - Creating a movement practice to release stress from the body.
Somatic practices to regulate the nervous system and create a baseline of rest in the body.
Guided meditation and breath practices to allow you to experience deep rest.
Music, poetry and cosy vibes to allow us to connect to the stillness of the new moon.
