Winter New Moon Resting Session 26th February 7pm (online)
Winter New Moon Resting Session 26th February 7pm (online)
A 90 minute online session to help you cultivate your relationship with rest.
Winter is a time for turning inward, restoring and resting, but in a world that requires consistent productivity and busyness we have lost touch with our natural ability to rest. We have lost connection to the cyclical nature of the seasons that guide our own human nature and how we are meant to live.
So many of us struggle to deeply relax and rest. Our nervous systems are in a continuous state of stress and so when we try to rest it feels unfamiliar, uncomfortable and unsafe.
These sessions are to help you and your nervous system ‘come down gently’. To create the conditions for your body to do what it naturally knows to do – rest.
The winter, the darkness, and the new moon of each lunar cycle guides us towards this natural state of rest, so now is the best time for us to cultivate our relationship with rest.
