Don't ask yourself 'Am I happy?'

Instead of being interested in being happy, get interested in being peaceful.

And peaceful doesn’t have to look like sitting in a kaftan wafting sage around in some hedonistic blissful state.

Being peaceful is an inside job. It’s a deep sense of being at ease within yourself regardless of what is going on around you.

You can be peaceful while having a disagreement with someone.

You can be peaceful when life’s just not going your way.

You can be peaceful when you’re hoovering the house!

Being peaceful is a state that will bring you more satisfaction than being happy.

It’s knowing that there is a place within you that is safe, and that nobody else can reach. A place that you can always return to. It’s your home.

But we can’t just decide to be peaceful. It’s a place that needs to be created, nurtured, practiced and tended to over and over again. Until it becomes so familiar that we can find our way back there with our eyes closed.

Inner peace is a powerful, natural side effect of working with me. It comes from slowing down enough to remember who we are. Who we always were before the world told us who we should be.

So if as you read this you take a big exhale and your shoulders drop, then let’s chat. I’m now available for individual coaching experiences and also have you tried my ‘Resting audio course’ a great way to start your way back to inner peace.
